4/44 Services Ltd is currently seeking applications for a full-time Agriculture Equipment Technicians. 4/44 Services Ltd. is a family business that sells and services Agriculture equipment at our Elrose, SK location. As a rapidly growing business we are in need of energetic personnel to meet the needs of our customers.  

Job Duties:

-Assist customers in an up-beat manner for all repair needs.

- Perform repairs and maintenance to a wide variety of makes and models of Agricultural Equipment

-Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times

Qualifications and Experience:

The qualified candidate will possess the following skills/qualities:

- Journeyman certificate in Agricultural or Heavy Duty Mechanics

- Must have own tools

- Direct working experience in Agricultural machinery or Heavy-Duty equipment

- Strong computerized diagnostic skills using OEM specific programs

- Proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics

- Commitment to customer service and pride in quality workmanship

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

-Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple tasks.

-Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.

-Willing to work extended hours and weekends April – October

-Ability to relocate to Elrose, SK

Preference will be given to candidates with journeyperson status, but we are willing to offer apprenticeship to the right candidate. Wage will be negotiable based on experience. Relocation assistance will be considered where appropriate.

This is a full time position starting immediately.
